Alcohol Sales

The Company does not market to or sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. The Company makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from The Company is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from The Company is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. You also agree that the recipient of said alcoholic beverage will furnish a government issued identification proving their legal age is at least 21 years of age to the delivery person. The delivery person is required by law and the legal agreement between The Company and the delivery company to obtain said photo identification at the point of delivery. If you do not agree with these conditions of use, please do not use this site.

Shipping Guidelines

We do not ship to states where prohibited by law. All alcohol orders require the signature of an adult over the age of 21. Please consider using an address where an adult will be available to accept your alcohol shipment such as a work address. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. The Company reserves the right to delay or make alternate shipping arrangements during peak months or any other time deemed necessary to preserve the integrity of your shipment. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges of wines or spirits. Once the product has been shipped, the sale is final.

Due to individual state laws, shipping to specific states may be illegal or limited. Currently we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Utah.

Return Policy

OUR GUARANTEE:  We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the condition of your order.  If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at dave@liquorama.net and file a claim with the shipping company. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges of wines or spirits. Once the product has been shipped, the sale is final.


Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime after 30 days upon receipt of the product. Cancellations must be submitted via email to dave@liquorama.net. Note: once the shipment has been charged, the customer is responsible for the shipment, and the cancellation will be processed for any future shipments.

Once a package has shipped from our facility it is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for The Company and its affiliated websites. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will clarify for you the following:

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data where only the last 4 digits are revealed), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
